my roommate ordered a textbook and overnighted it, spend $25 and it was delivered two days late, 5 feet from the neighbors garage (who also didn’t take it, we know them very well) in a puddle, and then was snowed on lmfao fed ex why
i called fed ex and they were like “you can put notes in when you order something so the driver knows where to deliver it?” and like ok i’ll do that from now on but idk why i have to specify “front door please :)” it should be common sense not to chuck it into the woods or leave it at the neighbors garage. i feel like i’m going on a quest every time my tracking info shows a package was delivered 😭
